Competitive Pay: $21.00–$26.00/hour based on experience

As an RBT with Alora Behavioral Health, you'll work directly with children and adolescents with autism to help them develop meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings
Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Collecting and documenting data to track client progress
Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team
Supporting clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Active RBT certification – Required
High school diploma or GED – Required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area
Comfortable working actively and 1:1 with children and adolescents
Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
Afternoon availability preferred
