Alora Behavioral Health in Aurora, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in-home and community settings. Earn $21.00–$26.00 per hour, with both part-time and full-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area.
• Afternoon availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teaching communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collecting and documenting data to track client progress.
• Collaborating with BCBAs, families, and other members of the clinical team.
• Supporting clients through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
