Job summary

Best Buds ABA Therapy in Aurora, CO is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will implement ABA interventions, collect data, and support clients with ASD and developmental disabilities. This full-time/part-time role offers flexible scheduling, travel to client homes, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

RBT certification required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

Implement behavioral interventions and strategies.
Collect and record data.
Provide support and guidance to clients and their families with care.
Collaborate with BCBAs and other RBTs to develop and implement treatment plans.
Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and interventions.
