Job summary

Alora Behavioral Health in Aurora, CO is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized ABA therapy to children and adolescents. Both part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive pay of $21.00–$26.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel to client homes throughout the Aurora area.
• Afternoon availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home and community-based settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collect data and document client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and the clinical team.
• Support clients with engaging, developmentally appropriate activities.
