Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will deliver 1:1 services in home or clinic settings, following treatment plans from the supervising BCBA and contributing to data collection and notes.

Qualified candidates have RBT certification, experience with autism, strong English communication, reliable transportation, and a commitment to professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective English communication, verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver’s license to commute to locations and be punctual.
• Other duties as assigned.
