Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with the team under supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Must have a valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
