Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings. You will implement plans written by a supervising BCBA and maintain detailed data and notes.

Ideal candidates have RBT certification, experience with autism, and strong communication with families and teams. Flex hours offered with travel up to 25% and a supportive clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate effectively with families, peers and supervisors.
• Valid state ID and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors; participate in staff trainings.
