Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings, implementing plans written by the supervising BCBA and recording data daily.

Ideal candidates have autism experience, strong English communication, reliable transportation, a valid ID, and are prepared for up to 25% travel; schedule is typically Monday through Friday with possible weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including written communication.
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation to commute to locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute from each location.
• Other duties as assigned.
