Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home or clinic settings. You will implement treatment plans and assist with data collection under a BCBA supervision, ensuring progress and fidelity.

Ideal candidates have experience with autism, strong English communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to collaborate with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism
• Proficient English communication, both verbal and written
• Ability to collaborate with supervisors, families and peers
• Valid state identification card and reliable transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings
• Must have a vehicle and valid driver's license to commute to locations
• Other duties as assigned.
