Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD. The role offers flexible hours, room for growth, and supportive supervision to help you develop clinically.

You will deliver therapy in home or clinic settings, collect data, follow plans from the supervising BCBA, and collaborate with the team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required to travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
