Job summary

Total Care ABA in Tennessee is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings. You will deliver ABA therapy under supervision and collect progress data to inform treatment plans.

Flexible schedules, ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth are available. The position includes travel across Tennessee and a competitive hourly pay between $18 and $26.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Active BACB registration.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client's homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee.
