Job summary

Total Care ABA is hiring for an in-home and in-school Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Charlestown, Indiana. Earn $20–$27 per hour with flexible schedules and opportunities to grow within the ABA field.

You’ll work one-on-one with children, implement plans created by a BCBA, and travel to client homes or school sites across Indiana. This role emphasizes data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families and clinical teams to support meaningful student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services
• Services provided in person throughout Indiana
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to continued learning and performance improvement
