Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Newburgh, IN. Earn $20–$27 per hour with flexible schedules and in-home or in-school ABA services across Indiana.

The role offers growth opportunities, paid training, and family-centered support to help children reach meaningful progress. Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, implementing BCBA plans, collecting data, and collaborating with families and clinicians.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• ABA experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services one-on-one in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Celebrate client progress and help create meaningful outcomes.
• Accurately track and record client progress over time.
• Travel to client homes or community settings as needed.
• Provide services in person throughout Indiana.
