Total Care ABA in Syracuse, IN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy with children in home and school settings. Earn $18–$27 per hour with flexible scheduling and opportunities for paid training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification
• Active BACB registration
• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with children preferred
• ABA experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and document client data accurately
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Celebrate client successes and help create meaningful progress
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings as required to deliver services
