Total Care ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children in home, school, and community settings throughout Indiana. Earn competitive hourly pay and enjoy flexible scheduling and training opportunities.

As an RBT, you will deliver ABA services, implement BCBA plans, collect data, and support families while traveling to client sites. A current RBT certification and BACB registration are required.

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification is required.
• Active BACB registration is required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Experience working with children preferred; ABA experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy services.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document client data accurately.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
• Travel to client homes and community settings as needed.
• Participate in staff training and ongoing professional development.
