Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, follow an individualized treatment plan, collect session data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering services in home/school/clinic, implementing programs, collecting data, completing notes, coordinating with caregivers, and traveling to cases with reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required by the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to service locations.
• Ability to work the listed schedule and meet essential functions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-to-one ABA services in various settings.
• Implement programs written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes promptly.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers and staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain attendance.
