Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA services to children with autism. You’ll work under a BCBA, implement treatment plans, collect data, and help clients build meaningful skills.

You will deliver direct services across settings, follow supervision, and communicate with families while traveling to cases. Competitive pay and a BCBA fellowship program are offered.

Qualifications

• Active BACB-credentialed RBT
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework helpful
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation; ability to travel to service locations
• Must be able to work the listed schedule and perform essential functions
• Strong reliability, patience, communication, and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in assigned settings (home, school, clinic, or community)
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Collect accurate data and complete session notes
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance
