Heartlinks ABA is hiring for part-time ABA Technicians to support in-home and community-based services across Georgia, under BCBA supervision. You will help implement individualized treatment plans and teach functional life and communication skills to children and teens with autism.

Preferred candidates are 18+ with a high school diploma, hold an active RBT certification, pass a background check, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Teach functional life and communication skills.
• Complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency.
