YES ABA THERAPY in Jacksonville, NC seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support pediatric clients under BCBA supervision. You will implement ABA programs, assist with assessments, and help improve communication, behavior, and daily routines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a related field (education or healthcare preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is optional but strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Conduct assessments, track progress, and report on patient outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a positive relationship with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
