Qualifications

• Familiarity with positive behavioral supports (PBS) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with ASD in their natural environments, implementing individualized behavior plans designed by BCBA supervisors.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff for seamless communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance ABA therapy skills and knowledge.
