Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certified by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
• Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Familiarity with positive behavioral supports (PBS) and applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in their homes, implementing individualized behavior plans.
• Collect and record data on client behavior, progress, and treatment effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and staff.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills in ABA therapy and autism treatment.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes.
