Job summary

Empire ABA seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Jacksonville, NC. The RBT will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic, following treatment plans by a BCBA, and will collect data on progress while collaborating with families and staff.

Flexibile schedules and part-time opportunities are available with competitive pay. Travel locally and maintain a positive, safe therapy environment to help children reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Experience in ABA therapy with children is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
