Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.

Benefits include paid travel, milestone raises, and opportunities for advancement to BCBA with company support. Must hold an active RBT certification and have experience related to ABA services.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, education, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
