PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. The role involves implementing ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collecting progress data, and collaborating with families and clinical teams.

Flexible scheduling supports growth from part-time to full-time as caseloads expand. Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification and have prior experience with ABA therapy in education or childcare.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
