Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Role offers part-time hours with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand; includes mentorship, travel locally and career advancement opportunities within the ABA field.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
