Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with the opportunity to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You’ll work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA plans designed by a BCBA and recording progress.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual pay raises, and a pathway to BCBA certification with mentorship, plus benefits for full-time staff and travel reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
