Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions
