Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans created by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

The role requires an active RBT certification, experience with children in ABA-related fields, and willingness to travel locally. Part-time with growth to full-time as caseloads expand; includes benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA or related fields.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
