Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress, collaborating closely with families and clinical teams.

The role offers flexible scheduling with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand, plus mentorship and ongoing training to support career growth in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA.
• Record data and monitor client progress; collaborate with families and teams.
