Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Role offers part-time hours with the potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. We provide ongoing mentorship, competitive pay, and opportunities for career growth within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
