Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time work with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans under BCBA supervision and help families achieve meaningful progress.

We provide ongoing mentorship, career growth opportunities, and hands-on training to foster a positive, supportive work environment. Flexible scheduling and potential to grow into full-time are available as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition from sitting to standing unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
