Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, hands-on training, and pathways to full-time as caseloads grow.

You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Flexible scheduling, local travel, and quarterly bonuses are available for qualifying hours.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field preferred.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients and handle physical tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
