Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is hiring for part-time in-home ABA therapy roles across Georgia. The candidate will work 15–20 hours per week after school, providing services under BCBA supervision and collaborating with families to implement individualized treatment plans for children and teens with autism.

Active RBT certification and a high school diploma are required. PTO, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for BCBA supervision and advancement are offered by Heartlinks ABA.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma.
• Active RBT certification.
• Pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Experience with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Teach functional life and communication skills.
• Complete session documentation.
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency.
