Job summary

PBS Corp. in the United States is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism across home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans, use positive reinforcement, and record progress under the supervision of a BCBA.

This role offers flexible scheduling with opportunities to move into full-time as caseloads grow, plus paid travel, quarterly bonuses, and a path toward BCBA certification through our partnerships.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
