PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You will implement ABA-based plans under a BCBA, record data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams. Required: active RBT certification, a high school diploma, and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, education, or related settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree not required but preferred in psychology/education or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
