PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children across home, school, and community settings. This part-time role offers mentorship, career growth, and hands-on ABA training with BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
