Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time roles with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand. You will work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings, implementing ABA-based plans under BCBA supervision, using positive reinforcement to foster learning and independence.

You will collect data, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and clinical teams, attending team meetings and ongoing professional

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
