Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Part-time positions available with potential to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

You’ll implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA and collect data to monitor progress. We offer mentorship, career growth, flexible scheduling, quarterly bonus opportunities, and travel reimbursement where applicable, with benefits for full-time

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
