Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or a related field.
• High school diploma required (Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, transition between sitting and standing unassisted, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
