Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings under a BCBA-defined plan. You will apply ABA strategies to promote learning and independence while collecting progress data.

This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay with annual raises, a quarterly $500 bonus for meeting hours, travel reimbursement, and opportunities to advance toward full-time roles and BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• Active RBT Certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
