Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Training and mentorship are provided as part of a supportive ABA team.

We offer flexible scheduling, annual raises, a quarterly bonus, holiday pay, and opportunities to advance to BCBA with our support. Travel locally is required for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and professional development sessions.
