Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Role includes data collection, collaboration with families and clinical teams, and participation in team meetings and ongoing professional development. Opportunities to grow into full-time as caseloads expand.

Qualifications

• Required: Active RBT Certification.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
