Positive Behavior Supports Corporation seeks Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings, delivering ABA-based plans created by a BCBA. You’ll collect progress data and support families while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure client success.

The role offers flexible scheduling with potential to transition to full-time as caseloads expand, mentorship, and growth opportunities within ABA services.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology or Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for in-home sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record client progress data.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
