Job summary

PBS Corp. in Waltham, MA is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans under supervision and help clients develop practical skills.

We offer flexible scheduling, mentorship, and growth opportunities toward full-time roles. A quarterly bonus of $500 is available for achieving agreed hours, plus travel reimbursement and benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related fields.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, and assist with lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
