Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. This part-time role offers a path to full-time as caseloads grow, with supervision from a BCBA and ongoing mentorship.

You will implement ABA plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure optimal outcomes. The position includes flexible scheduling and growth opportunities within the PBS Corp. framework.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage with clients, sit on the floor, move between sitting and standing, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
