PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support children with autism and related needs. You will work 1:1 in home, school, or community settings under BCBA supervision and apply ABA-based plans with positive reinforcement to foster independence.

The role offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement from RBT to BCBA with PBS Corp.’s support. Travel locally is required for in-home sessions.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
