Job summary

PBS Corp. is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support children with autism in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data, and work with families and clinical teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The role offers part-time hours with potential growth into full-time as caseloads expand. Travel to local in-home sessions and lifting up to 50 lbs are part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and sit on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
