Job summary

PBS Corp. seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA, using positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

Travel locally for in-home sessions is expected with a supportive team, ongoing mentorship, and opportunities for growth toward BCBA roles within PBS Corp.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's in Psychology/Education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
