Job summary

PBS Corp. is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. You will implement ABA-based treatment plans and use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.

We offer mentorship, career growth, and paid travel as part of a supportive team. This part-time role can grow into full-time as caseloads expand, with opportunities to progress toward BCBA and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience with children in ABA, childcare, education, psychology, or related field.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Reliable transportation; willing to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and sit on the floor as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community setting.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams for success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development.
