Job summary

Acclimate ABA seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and document client progress with precise data and notes.

Collaboration with supervisors, peers, and caregivers will support skill development and positive outcomes. The role offers flexible scheduling with part-time and full-time options, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive team culture

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Commitment to compassionate, professional client support.
• Reliable transportation for commuting to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home, school, and community-based environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during each session to track client progress.
• Write clear, detailed session notes to document outcomes and improvements.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, peers, and caregivers to promote learning and skill development.
